Hello! I want to share openly that this is my first retreat, which brings a mix of excitement and nerves. I intentionally limited this gathering to eight participants as a small “dry run” to help me refine the experience. Your attendance means a great deal, and I hope you’ll feel comfortable sharing what you found helpful on your path to peace and restoration. I have a background in event planning from my military service, and I’m an Independent Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska and Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon.
