A gentle, intimate gathering for eight guests who are ready to breathe deeper, slow down, and rediscover their balance. This retreat weaves mindfulness and mental‑wellness practices with the wild beauty of the Oregon Coast. Your shared experiences unfold across the weekend: a welcome dinner on Friday evening at Fathoms Restaurant and Bar, a group Sound Bath Saturday evening hosted by Luminous Soul, and a personalized one‑on‑one mental wellness session on Saturday or Sunday held at one of Lincoln City’s hidden gems. Each morning, participants have the opportunity to meet as a group to set daily wellness intentions, check out any needed supplies such as beach combers, binoculars, and beach chairs, and share reflections or highlights from the previous day. This brief touchpoint also includes time for participants to ask questions about the day’s schedule, activities, or personal needs, ensuring everyone feels supported and prepared as they move into the day.
